Drawing experience from decades working with major Cleveland manufacturers, we are able to provide process experience in nearly every corner of the factory landscape.  James Baker, Owner of Treatment Controls, is a multi-discipline engineer with experience in mechanical, electrical, controls, process, and chemical engineering. James has a passion for learning new technology, and is obsessed with the hands on approach to work. ​
